Farewell for now…
As you are all aware, Claudia’s twin boys will be here sooner than later and that is why we have made all of the necessary arrangements so that it is a smooth transition during her absence.
Natalie Astorga, our BCaBA, will be overlooking all programs and any concerns you may have while Claudia is on maternity leave. Therefore, please contact her with any information related to therapy sessions (i.e., cancellations, late arrivals, vacations, etc) so that she can inform the therapists and we can plan accordingly.
Her contact information is as follows:
E-mail: Natalie@healtheworld.net
Office phone: (305) 279-1999
Cell phone: (786) 942-8310 (*ONLY to be used for emergency situations during Business Hours (9-6:30pm) if you need to cancel a session or when she is unable to answer the office phone).

We have a new BCaBA, Lany March! We are so happy to have her on board. Stay tuned for her bio on our website!

REMINDERS:
*We must be notified of therapy cancellations and late arrivals.
*Please remember that session summaries and comments provided by therapists will be short, as they have other clients right after each session that need to begin at their scheduled time.
If the observation room is being used, we ask that conversations be kept to a minimum, as it can distract your child. Also, if you are not staying to observe your child, please close the door for your child’s privacy.
