Claudia Mármol is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the President and Founder of Heal the World Behavioral Services, LLC. She is a Venezuelan native who received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida International University. She then went on to pursue a Masters of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida.

Claudia’s passion for working with children with special needs began while she attended school and was the president of a project, Kiwanis Horses and Handicapped. From 2001-2006, Claudia helped various children with autism, down syndrome, mental retardation, and cerebral palsy with their therapeutic riding programs. Claudia first had the opportunity to work directly with children on the autism spectrum as a therapist in 2007. Since then, she has worked with numerous children of various ethnicities, backgrounds, and related disorders as well as typical children exhibiting problem behaviors in clinical settings, family homes, and schools.

Claudia specializes in the development, implementation, and supervision of Verbal Behavior Programs in both English and Spanish. She focuses on teaching and supervising the implementation of language skills, academic skills, social and play skills, as well as self-help skills and problem behaviors. Claudia also conducts parent and therapist training with the utilization of behavior analytic principles and implements intensive toilet training programs as well as feeding programs for children with very limited food intake due to sensory issues or behavioral concerns.

Claudia’s daily goal is to make life-changing moments for the children and families she serves, by increasing each child’s functional communication skills while decreasing their problem behaviors. She regularly attends workshops and trainings to remain current in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Claudia has presented research at various conferences and is a member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI), the Florida Association for Behavior Analysis (FABA), as well as the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts (APBA).

 She received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology with a minor in public health from the University of Miami in 2014. She earned her Master degree in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Kaplan University in October 2016. Christina received her Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst in September 2017.

Christina has worked with children diagnosed with autism and related disorders since 2014. Her work experience in the field involves implementing one-on-one verbal behavior programs, behavior reduction programs, and teaching social skills as well as self-help skills in center, home, and school settings. She also had the wonderful opportunity to work with a group of children in a classroom setting.

Christina’s desire is to continue to pursue her passion to help and improve the lives of her clients and their families. She genuinely cares for each of her clients and loves to see their progress. The successes and improvements of her clients are extremely rewarding to her. She maintains her knowledge in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis by regularly reading research, attending trainings, and workshops.

She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Florida International University in August 2009, where she also completed her coursework in Behavior Analysis. She earned her Master of Science degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Carlos Albizu University in 2012. Natalie received her Board Certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst in September 2014.

Natalie first had the opportunity of working directly with children on the autism spectrum and related disorders in 2009. She has spent the majority of her work experience providing one-on-one therapy to children of various ages and backgrounds in classroom, clinical, and home settings. As a BCaBA, she implements verbal behavior programs, behavior reduction programs, intensive toilet trainings, as well as social skills programs using the methods of Applied Behavior Analysis. She also assists the BCBA with the supervision and training of staff and client’s programs.

Natalie’s daily goal is to increase each child’s language skills while decreasing their problem behaviors. She regularly attends trainings and workshops in order to maintain current knowledge in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Maria Eleine Perez-Ferro is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).

She graduated from Florida International University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a concentration in Behavior Analysis. She received her Board Certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst in December 2015. She is currently enrolled in Nova Southeastern University to obtain her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling and Advanced Behavior Analysis.

 

Maria Eleine has worked with children on the autism spectrum since 2012 in clinical, home, and school settings. She has spent most of her work experience as a Verbal Behavior Therapist, providing one-on-one therapy to children of various ages and levels. As a BCaBA, she has implemented verbal behavior and social skills programs, behavior reduction programs, and toilet training programs using the methods of Applied Behavior Analysis. In addition, she assists in the supervision and training of staff as well as program updates under the supervision of the BCBA.

Maria Eleine’s goal is to see her client’s advance and become more independent with each passing day. She regularly attends workshops and trainings in order to be knowledgeable on current research and findings in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

She wishes to continue her education by obtaining her Masters of Arts in Behavior Analysis. She is currently working on obtaining her Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst certification (BCaBA).

Since 2012, Vanessa has provided one-on-one therapy to children on the autism spectrum in classroom, clinical, and home settings. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), she implements verbal behavior programs under the supervision of a BCBA. She has conducted toilet training programs, acquisition programs, as well as behavior reduction procedures using the methods of Applied Behavior Analysis. She is experienced and enjoys working with low-functioning learners.

Vanessa is very passionate and cares for her clients. Her ultimate goal is to improve the lifestyle of the children and families she works with by teaching them everyday life skills. She regularly reads, attends trainings and workshops in order to maintain current knowledge in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Gretel has experience working with children on the autism spectrum and related disorders of various ages since 2009. As a Registered Behavior Technician, she implements verbal behavior programs and provides one-on-one therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.

Gretel’s foremost goal is to improve the lifestyle of the children and families she works with by teaching them everyday life skills. She loves teaching kids to reach their full potential. Gretel is very passionate and cares for her clients. She regularly attends trainings and workshops in order to maintain current knowledge in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Zully first began working with children on the autism spectrum in 2014. She has provided one-on-one therapy to children in both, clinical and home settings, under the supervision of a BCBA. As a Verbal Behavior Therapist, she implements acquisition and behavior reduction programs using the methods of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Zully’s goal and passion is to make a difference in the lives of every child she has the opportunity to work with. She lives for the moments when she is able to see how she has been able to help her clients reach a milestone in their development. She regularly attends trainings and workshops in order to maintain current knowledge in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

She is currently working on her Bachelors degree in Psychology at Florida International University. She plans on obtaining her Masters in Behavior Analysis as well as her certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) soon after.

Amisaday has been working with children on the autism spectrum since May of 2006. She has experience working with different age groups as well as related disorders. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), she provides one-on-one therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA in the classroom, clinical, and home settings. She implements acquisition and behavior reduction programs using the methods of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Amisaday enjoys teaching her clients the skills required to communicate. She regularly attends trainings and workshops in order to maintain current knowledge in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
